All chocolate products are handcrafted in small batches. Colors, shapes, and appearance may vary slightly from photos shown on the site. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients and allergen information.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout via our supported payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Nilore Chocolate is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Given the perishable nature of chocolate, please ensure someone is available to receive your order promptly.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of damaged or spoiled items reported within 2 hours of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please review product descriptions carefully or contact us before ordering if you have any allergies.
