Orders are handcrafted and processed within 24 hours before shipping, to ensure freshness.

We currently deliver within Egypt.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area and are calculated at checkout.
5. Perishable Product Handling
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of chocolate, we recommend refrigerated storage upon arrival, especially in hot weather. Nilore Chocolate is not responsible for melting or spoilage caused by delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect address, unavailability to receive the package).
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply for a second attempt.
